The shelf life of our jellies and jams stored unopened is up to two years. Store them in a cool and dark place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Exposure to light and heat could possibly degrade the jam quickly, which may affect its flavor, consistency, and appearance. Your kitchen cabinet or pantry is a great storage location. That way they will be close at hand when you are ready to open a jar. Once you open that jar it should then be stored in the refrigerator.
We hope that once you have tasted our delightful products, they will not be stored unopened for an exceedingly long time, but you will incorporate them in your eating routine. Not only do they pair nicely with your favorite breads and cheeses, but they can also be used in your recipes. For example, add some of our Cuvée Nectar to your favorite barbeque sauce. The Apricot jam from our Confiture Parisienne collection would work perfectly as a glaze for baked chicken. The Blush jam and Cuvée jam are great as cake fillings. Be creative with our products and enjoy the flavors.
